Meet Ashli Follano
My name is Ashli Follano, and I’m a dedicated educator with over 16 years of experience as a Special Education teacher. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and have spent my career advocating for students to receive the personalized support they need to flourish!
I’m also a proud homeschool parent who believes deeply in the power of choice when it comes to education. Every child is unique, and I’m passionate about creating learning environments where students can grow at their own pace, in ways that match their strengths and interests. Education should never be one-size-fits-all—it should be as dynamic and individual as the students we serve.
Through my work, I strive to empower families, support students, and ensure that learning remains a joyful, enriching journey for every child.

What are the fees for Summit Homeschool Academy?
What are the fees for Summit Homeschool Academy?
Summit Homeschool Academy’s fees are as follows:
Enrollment Fee: $75 (one-time, non-refundable)
Curriculum Fee: $200 per student (covers curriculum materials, non-refundable)
Scholar Track Monthly Tuition: $450 per month, typically covered through the Step Up for Students scholarship program.
STEM Track: $200 per month per student. (currently Friday's only)
Student's Enrolled in Scholar Track: $150 per month per student
$100 per student supply fee per semester
If you’re applying through Step Up, most or all of your semester tuition may be covered. Please contact us for help with the application process or to discuss payment options.

Give your child the gift of language with Summit’s Spanish Track, offered Monday through Thursday in an engaging and nature-based setting!
Schedule:
Kindergarten – 4th Grade: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
5th – 8th Grade: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM
Cost: $200 per month per student
Students may attend 2 to 4 days per week—whatever works best for your family!
Children enrolled in our Scholar Track can simply stay after class, or families are welcome to drop off students specifically for Spanish.
Join us as we explore the Spanish language through fun, hands-on lessons that align with the seasons and spark curiosity!

No, students are ask to pick a track. Track A is Monday and Wednesday and Track B is Tuesday and Thursday.

No, each track only has two days worth of content and your student will be repeating information in additional days

No, there are no make up classes. Students can work at home on assignments missed.

Our daily schedule is designed to balance structured learning with creativity, play, and social connection. Here's a look at a typical day:

9:15 – 9:45 AM Whole Group Reading/English Instruction

9:45 – 10:00 AM Snack Time & Group Game

10:00 – 10:30 AM Reading & Phonics Centers
*Silent reading, small group reading, and reading games
10:30 – 11:00 AM Writing Lesson & Journal Time
*Independent writing activities
11:00 – 11:30 AM Lunch in the fellowship room or outdoor patio
*Followed by a bathroom break
11:30 – 12:00 PM Whole Group Math Instruction
